Sammanfattning: This book is published on the occasion of the extensive solo exhibition by Christine Ödlund (the first large institutional presentation of her work in Sweden). Since her first solo exhibition in 1995, Christine Ödlund (1963) has continued to create unique encounters between art, science, and music. Her artistic practice includes a wide range of media including drawing, painting, sculpture, animation, installations with living plants, electroacoustic music, and more. In 2011, Christine Ödlund was nominated for the Culture Award given by the newspaper Dagens Nyheter because she is a spiritualist who, in her artwork, fuses cosmic energies with the most recent findings in the natural sciences, and because she investigates the mysteries of life. (March 4, 2011). Exhibition: Magasin 3, Stockholm, Sweden (06.02.-05.06.2016).
